Big Sky Machining
Specializes in SHORT-RUN, PRECISION MACHINING. This basically means we are set-up to make small quantities or a single part, which is great for prototyping or short production runs. We have the ability to hold very close tolerances on plastic, aluminum and all types of steel. We do prototype work, injection molds and can repair just about anything!
Aluminum/Stainless Steel/Plastics
- CNC Milling Machines:
Capable of close tolerance production work, as well as multiple machining and drilling operations.

- Manual Mills:
Capable of close tolerance, short-run production. Maxnuimum cut demensions: 15"x30"
- CNC Lathes & Turning Centers:
Our lathes and turning centers are set-up with bar feeders and live milling capabilities. These machines are designed to turn and mill in one operation, which allows for "Lights out Machining" of small parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, ect.
- Turrent Lathes:
DRO's for close tolerance short-run production. Maximum turning dimensions: 18"x80"
Surface Grinding: Maximum 6"x16" +/.0002
- Welding: Stainless Steel & Mild Steel
